Working on some of these issues bit by bit, but my free time has been very limited, and some of the problems are taking a lot of effort to solve.
I'll release 1.02 whenever my fix list is empty.

Re: Sabion Homeworld
If you receive an error message in dialogue, please write down the exact phrase - word for word - that causes the error so I can fix it.

Re: Assiging Crew and Exiting
You are not allowed to leave the module until you assign all of your crew. You may hire a bunch of crewmembers but they will simply show up at the bottom of the screen under "unassigned". To assign a crew member, click on an unassigned person and then the category you want them to be assigned to. Sa...

Re: Radium & Uranium?
Good idea. I am going to make uranium a little more common in the next version. It was an oversight to have it missing from all the planets. Here's a listing of all of the minerals: -- 6 - Plutonium (elowan) -- 30 - Lead (molten, frozen, asteroid, acidic, spemin) -- 31 - Iron (oceanic, molten, froze...

Re: You are AWESOME!
I threw a donate button on the main starflt.com site - if you want to contribute towards the continued hosting of the game, forum, and site in the future. FYI - Web hosting costs are about $130/year. I tried Google ads, but they bring in roughly $1/month so I'm keeping the site ad free. To keep thin...

Re: Please I need help with Chaos mission (Science)
I sent you a private message with a few spoilers. If anyone else needs help with this one, please let me know where you get stuck in case I can make it clearer for the next version. It's currently a two-parter - you first have to find a location on a world of one of the extinct races, and then follo...

Re: Space combat / Scanning / Problem with a quest
I personally had no involvement in the initial combat engine, but spent quite a few hours tweaking weapon ranges and damages. The combat system is not ideal, but there are far more ways it could be worse then it is right now. The best technique seems to be strafing runs. Fly at an angle, coast, and ...

Re: Video is mirrored/scrambled
This always seems to happen with video card drivers with broken or missing OpenGL support. If you want to test your OpenGL capabilities, download this program: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Programming/Other-Programming-Files/OpenGL-Extension-Viewer.shtml This will tell you what versions of OpenGL yo...

Re: game very slow
... Intel graphics cards have horrific support for OpenGL. PC games almost exclusively run with DirectX now, so open-source technologies such as OpenGL have more or less been abandoned. Just about any ATI or nVidia video card manufactured in the last 10 years works just fine, and the only solution I...

Re: archeaology expediation crash/nyssian encounter crash
There are some lua scripting bugs - drivers will not help this type of crash. If I can find them all I'll release 1.02 that should resolve the problem.
